monitoring and evaluation
Related to country: Sierra Leone
|
As a project aiming for success, we have established a team whose role is to monitor and evaluate all our activities and programmes both administrative and those out in the field.
We have also design a process whereby beneficiaries and sponsors or donors can monitor our activities and give their feedback through an online feedback process.
By this, we will be able to know our strength, weaknesses, opportunities, threat or challenges as a project.
In this regard, we will share our reports with sponsors or donors regularly, while we will also update our beneficiaries and others especially on the progress of the project through the media or community outreach programmes.

Funding Ecosystem
Related to country: Sierra Leone
|
As an organisation whose mission is to rescue young margginalised persons from extrem poverrty, we will do the following for fund raising national and international.
Our fund raising will be divided into two parts namely;
1. LOCAL FUNDING,
2. INTERNATIONAL FUNDING.
Locally, we will target community members for support either in cash or kind.
We will also reach national institutions like phone companies, national ngos/ingos and other corporate bodies in the country.
Added to this will be staging other fund raising activities like the Run Away from Poverty whereby sponsors will pay for the amount of km covered by a runner.
We will seek support for local volunteers who will offer their services free of cost.
Internationally, we will reach out public and private Foundations, Corporate institutions, Celebrities, non for profit charities etc with written proposals.
We will also seek support for volunteers who will offer their services free of cost.
Yes, we are aware of the challenges ahead of
in terms of funding but we are at the same time confident that our actions will definitely move them to give their positive contributions for the success of this project as it will be a community and national driven initiative open to feedbacks.
